Fully automatic control system for reptile and animal basking zones with one or two BaskZone® 1.5kW shortwave infrared heaters. Heat output can be adjusted in fine increments to provide the desired temperature. Daily on and off times are set using the CC3 7-day time programmer. A high limit safety cut-out will turn the heaters off if the ambient temperature inside the enclosure reaches a user-defined pre-set level.
Note: when the BaskZone® heat output is reduced, energy consumption is also lowered.
